1. Source Code Licensing
The Bokko source code is under a proprietary license. The software and all its components are the exclusive intellectual property of operator Dávid Mácsik. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or any other use of the source code is permitted only with the prior written consent of the operator.
2. License for the Hosted Bokko Service
Using Bokko's web booking and dashboard interfaces does not constitute a transfer of software ownership or source code. The user receives a right to access the hosted service — not the software instance. This right is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
The right of use does not include, in particular:
- resale or repackaging of the service,
- access to source code, closed backend logic, or secret keys,
- automated data extraction or mass scraping,
- circumventing technical restrictions or unauthorized reverse engineering.
3. Third-party Components and Services
Bokko utilizes open source software components and external infrastructure services. Open source components are subject to their own licenses; the use of external providers is governed by their respective terms and contractual frameworks.

4. Personal Data and User Content
Personal Data: Processing of guest and provider personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
User Content: Copyright for uploaded content remains with the uploader. Bokko receives a non-exclusive right to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service.
5. Brand Marks and Visual Elements
The Bokko name, logo, brand elements, and other marks are the exclusive property of operator Dávid Mácsik. Use is permitted only with prior written consent.
