1. Source Code Licensing
The Bokko source code is under a proprietary license. The software and all its components are the exclusive intellectual property of Bokko Technologies Kft. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or any other use of the source code is permitted only with the prior written consent of the operator.
The detailed terms of Bokko's own proprietary license are set out in the relevant license document. The license document is available from the operator.
2. License for the Hosted Bokko Service
Using Bokko's web booking and dashboard interfaces does not constitute a transfer of software ownership or source code. The user receives a right to access the hosted service — not the software instance. This right is limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it entitles the user solely to use the service for its intended purpose.
The right of use does not include, in particular:
- resale or repackaging of the service,
- access to source code, closed backend logic, or secret keys,
- automated data extraction or mass scraping,
- circumventing technical restrictions or unauthorized reverse engineering.
3. Third-party Components and Services
Bokko utilizes open source software components and external infrastructure services. Open source components are subject to their own licenses; the use of external providers is governed by their respective terms and contractual frameworks.
Where the license of a component requires attribution, a notice or the publication of the license text, the operator fulfils these obligations in connection with the relevant build. The list below is a summary; the full attribution, notice and license registry for the actual distributed build is available in the form made available by the operator and can also be sent on request. The license texts and copyright notices of the components used in the program code of the booking page downloaded to the browser are contained in the booking page license file, which Bokko serves together with the program code; the license registry of the dashboard and the admin interface is contained in the served application.
The table is generated from the lockfiles and the font files. The full license texts are available in each component’s own source by SPDX identifier; the SIL Open Font License 1.1 text: https://openfontlicense.org.

4. Personal Data and User Content
Personal Data: The data of provider accounts is governed by the Privacy Policy, and guest data by the provider's privacy notice and the Data Processing Agreement.
User Content (e.g. service descriptions, notes, brand uploads): copyright in the content remains with the uploader. Bokko receives a non-exclusive right of use, limited to the extent necessary for providing, supporting and securing the service and for legal compliance, and to the period of providing the service and the necessary legal and security retention, to store, display and, where necessary, process this content. The user is responsible for the lawfulness of the content they record.
5. Brand Marks and Visual Elements
The Bokko name, logo, brand elements, and other marks are the exclusive property of Bokko Technologies Kft. Use is permitted only with prior written consent, except where the law expressly permits it.
