Can I add walk-in clients?
Yes — you can manually add appointments to the Bokko calendar, not just online requests. The walk-in client gets added to the client list afterwards.
What if 2+ barbers work in the shop?
Pro plan covers multiple staff, per-staff calendars, team management and advanced rules. You can switch from Starter any time.
Do I need to enter a credit card to sign up?
Not to start the 30-day trial. We only ask for payment details when you subscribe at the end of the trial, or if you want to charge clients a deposit (Pro feature).
