Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel my annual subscription?

Yes, you can cancel any time. You retain access until the end of the current billing period; pro-rated refund per the Terms of Service.

How do I downgrade?

You can downgrade any time in your account. The smaller plan applies at the next billing period. Larger-plan features remain accessible until then.

What do the "Coming soon" labels on Business features mean?

Dispute evidence export and per-location / per-staff payment rules ship in v2.1. All other Business features are available at launch.

How many locations are included in the Business plan?

3 active public locations included. More locations available as an add-on — add-on pricing will be published at general availability.
