What kind of provider are you?
Prices are the full amount payable. Bokko is VAT exempt under the Hungarian subject-based exemption, so no VAT is added.

Bokko charges no fee or commission on guest payments: deposits and online payments at checkout go to your own payment account. The payment provider (Stripe / Barion) settles its own transaction fee directly in your account, under your agreement with them. Recording cash, a bank transfer or your own terminal carries no fee: no payment provider is involved.

Can I cancel my annual subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation itself does not include a pro-rated refund.
How do I downgrade?
You can downgrade any time in your account. The smaller plan applies at the next billing period. Larger-plan features remain accessible until then.
