The pricing for guest payment transactions (deposit, no-show fee, on-site payment) consists of the payment provider (Stripe / Barion / SimplePay) fee and the Bokko fee — passed through as a separate line item. You'll see the exact fee items in your account when you activate the payment features.

Can I cancel my annual subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation itself does not include a pro-rated refund.
How do I downgrade?
You can downgrade any time in your account. The smaller plan applies at the next billing period. Larger-plan features remain accessible until then.
