What is request-first booking?
Your guest sends an appointment request online, and you confirm what is feasible. It is not automatic booking — you decide.
Do I need to enter a credit card to sign up?
Not to start the 30-day trial. We only ask for payment details when you subscribe at the end of the trial, or if you want to charge clients a deposit (Pro feature).
What if we are 2+ hairdressers?
For multiple staff, Pro is recommended: team management, deposits, gift cards and advanced rules.
