Can I charge a deposit?
Yes — on the Pro plan you can set the deposit amount per request. You define the pricing and refund rules.
How are treatment notes stored?
Tied to the client record, visible only to you (and the teammates you grant access). The client does not see them.
Do I need to enter a credit card to sign up?
Not to start the 30-day trial. We only ask for payment details when you subscribe at the end of the trial, or if you want to charge clients a deposit (Pro feature).
