Yes — as a service-level default or via per-rule logic.
What happens on a no-show?
Your configured no-show fee can be enforced automatically (Pro+). With card-on-file, automatic charging is optional.
I have multiple locations — is Pro enough?
For a single location, Pro is ideal. For 3+ locations, the Business plan is recommended.
