Can I require a deposit from every guest?
Deposits are switched on in the booking rules and then apply to every online request — as a fixed amount or a percentage of the service price. No deposit is requested for free services.
What happens on a no-show?
You configure the no-show fee on Pro, and the guest sees it before booking. Enforcement is manual: you mark the no-show and the system records it in the guest’s history.
I have multiple locations — is Pro enough?
